Joseph A. Bare
Juris Doctorate Candidate 2019
Thank you for visiting my informational website. It is my goal to pursue a career within the real estate and estate planning field of law. I am currently a 3L student at Ave Maria School of Law (AMSL) and I will graduate in May 2019, taking the Florida Bar in July.
I intend to have my post graduate position in place before graduation. My legal internships and clerkships have given my a wide range of experience in transactional drafting in the areas of corporate formation, business acquisitions, residential and commercial real estate transactions, and estate planning, as well as litigation research in the areas of contract disputes, foreclosures and evictions, landlord / tenant disputes, and construction litigation.

Before embarking on a legal career, I served twenty years in the United States Army achieving the rank of First Sergeant. I have served in Operation Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom. My skill sets include a wide array of leadership success including personnel logistics within wartime theater as well as during a full division relocation and transitions with the 1st Infantry Division from Wurzburg, Germany to Ft. Riley, KS.
I have received the Bronze Star Medal for recognition of leadership with the 101st Airborne Division while serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Along with this award I have received numerous accolades for my leadership abilities during my twenty years of service. For nearly three decades I have not only practiced but taught leadership in both the military and civilian sector.

I am married to my beautiful wife, Bria just celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. We have 3 wonderful sons, Wyatt (12), Declan (8) and Griffin just born January 2018. I consider my role as husband and father of the utmost importance. My faith in Jesus Christ as may Lord and Savior is a vital part of who I am and guides me daily. I am active with my church, First Baptist Naples, where I have served in various roles including: Deacon, security team member, bible and life group leader, men's ministry small group leader, youth football coach, and pre-school Sunday school teacher.

It is my hope to join a legal team that has the same values and mission focus that I have. I look forward to utilizing the skills and experience I have obtain over my 20+ years of leadership within a growing and successful legal firm.
